The parameters of State of Charge and State of Health are the most significant elements for Battery Management System and Mobility analysis. Analyses and research are conducted about the algorithms to predict SoC and SoH; two algorithms based on on-board Battery Management System and cloud server have been proposed respectively. Furthermore, research about Electric Vehicle Mobility analysis is also conducted.Second-order RC model is established and least square method to predict State of Charge is derived. To settle the potential problem of singularity, an improvement with Householder transformation has been introduced. As a result, regularization equation is avoided and computation efficiency is increased. The Back Propagation method has also been proposed to measure SoC and experiments to validate the two algorithms are carried out. After analyzing the normalized curves of battery voltage under different conditions of health, the interpolation method to predict State of Health has been put forward. What’s more, data-driven model with the application of Elman network has also been proposed and data from NASA has been introduced to validate these two algorithms.Road test to analyze mobility has been carried out and different models have been established, including driving behavior identification model, speed estimation model, battery power model and battery discharging model. Thus the prediction of State of Charge at destination has been realized. On the foundation of open-looped analysis, closed-looped analysis based on updated driving behaviors has been proposed to estimate SoC at destination.
