As one of the renewable resources of which is clean, safe and huge,wind energy has drawn more and more attention from many countries.But due to the ever-changing speed of wind, the wind power output is normally fluctuant. As the scale of wind turbine connected to power grid growing larger and larger, to ensure that large-scale wind power will not have a significant impact on the safe operation of the power grid is particularly important. This paper selects direct-driven permanent magnet wind power generation system as study project. Lithium-ion battery energy storage system is added to improve the power quality of parallel-operated wind power on power systemFirstly,the control strategy of dual PWM converter in the direct-driven permanent magnet wind power system are studied.The direct-driven permanent magnet wind power simulation model is built.The simulation results show that the model and dual PWM converter control strategy are correct.Then,this paper analyzes the working principle of lithium-ion battery. The simulation model of lithium-ion battery is built to show its excellent charge and discharge characteristics.Lastly,the control strategy of bi-directional DC/DC converter is developed and the simulation model of direct-drive wind power system by adding BESS at the DC-side is established. The simulation results show that the power quality of parallel-operated wind power on power system is improved effectively. |
