Over the years, with the explosive growth of photovoltaic industry, photovoltaic manufacturing industry has from profiteering model return to rational development gradually. The ultimate value of photovoltaic products is supply electric power out of doors. The performance of photovoltaic products after installation and put into use has become the new favorite and must-haves in the industry. The products quality of Photovoltaic has got unprecedented attention.Crystalline silicon photovoltaic module is a special product which commitment to 25 years quality assurance. So the quality reliability is very important. This article start from the position of photovoltaic modules product quality, combined with testing, experiment, certification, etc., to stand in the perspective of the product manufacturers and customers to use, focus on analyzing the reason about snail trails which has not been clearly know in the photovoltaic industry. Meanwhile, through the discovery and the influence these years, combining with experimental test, lock several additives composition within encapsulation for the first time theoretically. Finally, according to the phenomenon and analysis, conclude the root cause of the discoloration and put forward improvement measures.
