Urban central heating has become a major form of heating in northern winter.Compared with traditional decentralized heating, the central heating can save energy, reduce pollution, improve efficiency.It becomes an important symbol of modern urban construction. However, the overall management of central heating and technical level is still low due to the various reasons and their own conditions.Therefore, with the increase of heating network size, how its regulation and control, so that the optimal operating state of the whole network, heating and best quality, lowest cost is the issue of heating and control experts have been studying.Choose the heating system control model to suit the truth of our city from the reality of Tang Shan city heating system.Grey prediction fuzzy PID control algorithm is adopted to establish the control model,according to the characteristics of nonlinear, large delay and large inertia of heating system.Grey prediction is a forecast approaches based on the dynamic behavior and performance trend of the object,it has the characteristics of small amount of modeling data and Simple calculation, applicable to the uncertainty in the dynamic prediction of complex systems.Heating system temperature control system control model is established to use a new type of controller with the combination of Reform such as gray prediction and fuzzy adaptive PID,using MATLAB simulation.The simulation tool is simulink in MATLAB, outdoor temperature as input,secondary return water temperature of heating system as output, obtain the adjustment curve of return water temperature with the change of outdoor temperature,through the control of gray prediction fuzzy adaptive PID controller,two curve fitting degree is very high, and the control effect is good.It indicates that the controller used in heating system,not only solves the problem of large lag of central heating system, but also meets the requirements for rapidly and accurately adjustment.Simulation results show that, the controller could ensure the stability and accuracy of the system response.
