Based on the overloading vehicles with the equipment of hydraulic mechanical transmission(HMT) as the research object, through AMESim simulation, studied the hydraulic cylinder and the mechanical manipulation structure change of control valve on the influence of brake oil control pressure.Studied the hydraulic cylinder return spring pre-tightening force, return spring elasticity coefficient, the diameter of piston, piston quality, stroke length and the friction between piston and wall of brake oil control pressure, the influence of the brake in the process of stress change, and also analyzed the parameters for the brake performance shift time, degree of impact and the influence of sliding friction work.Manipulation of the mechanical structure on brake pressure control valve is studied in process of building time and the effects of oscillating shock pressure.In view of the hydraulic cylinder return spring pre-tightening force, return spring elasticity coefficient, the piston diameter, stroke lengt h and the friction between piston and wall directly affects the performance parameters of the brake, jerk and slipping work shift time.Through constructing neural network structure, taking multiple input corresponding output, aimed at the performance para meters, the hydraulic cylinder mechanical structure parameters is obtained by neural network topology back stepping, and into the AMESim simulation validation error meet the requirements of the whole process of design, realize the closed loop design. Take the factor of people out from the whole design process, automatically to the design of hydraulic cylinder mechanical structure parameters.In order to ensure the change section in the process of power won’t interrupt, to achieve full power change. According to the actual structure of HMT,build AMESim simulation model, and analysis of the influence each other oil pressure is the root cause of the power interruption.Means of combining experiment and simulation, improve or even eliminate the problem of power interruption.Analyzes the optimization of structural parameters of brake and add accumulator can only improve the power disruptions, but cannot completely eliminate the power outages.Add separate oil source and drain valves can thoroughly solve the prob lem of power interruption. Add independent oil source can shorten the switch time better, but add the independent oil source may lead to complex mechanical structure, so this article tends to add oil drain valve.
