During the develop process of the vehicle products, fatigue and durability is one of the most important performance which should be verified significantly. It can not only evaluate quickly whether or not the durability of the vehicle can meet the design target and provide improvement information, but build confidence of the manufacturer after the vehicle put into the market.The durability performance of the vehicle can be verified mainly on the proving ground and simulation testing rig in the laboratory, the corresponding test standard and project are both needed for these two methods.First of all, the test standard for the vehicle on proving ground should be correlated to the customer usage, if not, such standard not only cannot guide the above work, but mislead the development of the vehicle, even fail at all. There are two methods to draft such standard. One is based on the customer investigation and statistics quantity result, the correlated of which can be drafted considering the road condition of the proving ground. Another one is transformation from some valid test standard of other proving ground, which based on the linear damage cumulative and the equivalent fatigue damage principle. The last method is used in this paper.Secondly, to meet the purpose of acceleration, control and keeping secret of the process of vehicle durability testing, the valid standard of proving ground should be transformed to the standard of simulation testing rig in the laboratory, the research of quantitative and controllable acceleration technology in the process should be applied intensively.In this paper, the work was carried out surrounding the two topics mentioned above, and combining the specific engineering tasks. It includes developing effective test standard for the vehicle on proving ground, and setting up the correlated and accelerated testing project of vehicle simulation testing rig.
