| With the prefabricated concrete structure technology becoming mature gradually, prefabricated components have been widely used in civil engineering, and the small prefabricated piece applied to highway sub-grade slope protection and drainage engineering was especially prominent. According to the different shapes, the skeleton slope protection structure can be divided into arch, square and herringbone etc., and the arch skeleton slope protection structure was well received as its advantages of good mechanical characteristics, economic and practical and good appearance. In order to deeply understand the application features of the arch skeleton slope protection structure, seeking arch skelet on slope protection structure of good mechanical properties and good durability, a comprehensive study on arch skeleton slope protection structure fro m the point of mechanics was carried out, relying on the building Long-Cha high speed road slope as the engineering background in this paper.Firstly, the destruction mechanism of the arch skeleton slope protection structure was analyzed in this paper by looking up literature at ho me and abroad, and the mechanical parameters of relevant material itself and between different materials were tested, with the strength standard limit of relevant me chanical para meters put forward.Secondly, a comprehensive study on the mechanical response law of arch skeleton slope protection structure was launched through indoor model test, engineering test section mo nitoring test, nu merical simulation analysis etc, The advantages and disadvantages of the arch skeleton slope protection structure were analyzed in view of mechanics, and the main contents include:(1) Three kinds of arch skeleton slope protection structure indoor model at a ratio of 1:4 were built in this paper, and the mechanical response laws of the different arch skeleton lope protection structures at the critical point were analyzed through the model load test. The research showed that the mortar rubble foundation arch buckled joint precast block skeleton slope protection structure was optimal.(2) Four kinds of arch skeleton slope prot ection structure entity engineering test section were built in this paper, and the stress displace ment change laws of the different arch skeleton lope protection struct ures at the critical point were analyzed by monitoring the stress and displacement. The research showed that the mortar rubble foundation arch buckled joint precast block skeleton slope protection structure was optimal.(3) Four arch skeleton slope protection structure numerical models were built by utilizing ANSYS software, and the mechanical response laws of the different arch skeleton lope protection structures at the critical point were researched through the nu merical model load analysis. The research showed that the mortar rubble foundation arch buckled joint precast block skeleton slope protection structure was optimal.The comprehensive analysis through indoor model test, engineering test section monitoring test, numerical simulation analysis, etc. showed that the mechanical property of the mortar rubble foundation arch buckled joint precast block skeleton slope protection structure was optimal, which is worthy of popularization and application in the slope protection engineering. |
