Wind power generation as a new energy industry has been the development of more and more widely.However,due to the wind power generation environment generally has two phase flow and multiphase flow under the erosion wear components often lead to equipment failure and caused the inevitable economic losses. So, this article through Fluent software simulated and analyzed the environment for the wind generator in Xinjiang region and got the following conclusion:(1)This article through the erosion test and numerical simulation of two dimensional wind turbine blade was found under the condition of different wind speed,blade material erosion rate increases with the increase of wind speed and the development trends of numerical simulation and experimental erosion rate is consistent. Under the condition of different particle sizes, 0.109-0.212 mm grains of sand on the blade erosion rate is maximum and the test and the development trend of erosion rate from simulation are first increases then decreases.Under the condition of different impact angle that the blade material erosion rate reached maximum at 90 degree and experiment and simulation on the blade erosion rules are the basic characteristics of brittle materials.(2)On the basis of the two-dimensional blade erosion wear, in this paper, the three-dimensional model of the fan blade erosion simulation has been found Under different wind conditions the blade erosion distribution is the root of blade blade gradually transferred to the front, when wind speed is 34m/s the erosion amount reached the maximum.Under the condition of different particle size the distribution of blade surface erosion by region gradually to the parts assembled with severe erosion and form sand holes.Under the condition of different erosion Angle with the gradual increase of Angle the erosion area covers the whole blade windward side gradually and the erosion amount also increases with the increase of erosion Angle.(3)At the same time, based on the 3D simulation the geographical environment of the fan are analyzed and found that under the condition of different seasons,because the spring sandstorm occurred frequently so that the erosion of fan blade is the most serious.Under the condition of different regions due to the desert area morning and evening temperature change is big and The sand is very big,so the average amount of erosion of the fan blade is oasis and the edge of the oasis around 2to 4 times. And in the different dust weather condition, due to the strong dust storm speed and high sediment concentration compared with the blowing sand weather in general and sandstorm weather which led to most serious erosion of the blade.
