With the expansion of the social demand for energy and for the continuous improvement of environmental quality requirements, in recent years as the world’s developed a new generation of high efficiency and low pollution clean- circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB) combustion boiler, the characteristics of combustion process is highly nonlinear, time-varying and large lagging, uncertainty and multivariable coupling complex features, such as serious. Now our country has started the use of a wide range of circulating fluidized bed boiler as a new generation of coal-fired power. However, circulating fluidized bed boiler has been unable to effectively improve the automation control level. Automation control, therefore, using advanced computer technology to realize integrated automation of circulating fluidized bed boiler is one of the main research direction of the current process control, is a meaningful research topic.Paper xinjiang 2 x 300 mw circulating fluidized bed boiler design and application of distributed control system development as the background, this paper introduces the development history of circulating fluidized bed technology as well as the background, the structure of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, principle, task and the control of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system, the advantages of the circulating fluidized bed boiler control system was analyzed; At home and abroad are analyzed and the development of the automatic control level of circulating fluidized bed boiler, between each main system, the parameters of the coupling relationship between; In a 1065 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler as the research object, in circulating fluidized bed boiler control system design, gives a control scheme of each control subsystem, the PID algorithm makes the design application of distributed control more simple; Based on loop process dynamic model of boiler, using XDC800 distributed control system has realized the hearth negative pressure control, steam drum water level control, the main steam temperature control, material layer differential pressure control, and the bed temperature control, main steam pressure control, etc. Paper innovative work include: to deal with the complicated control feature of large CFB units, using a new generation of XDC800 distributed control system, the distributed control and the coordination control of advanced control theory, and solved the circulating fluidized bed unit control difficult problem of large lag and coupling. Thesis adopts the design scheme and concrete measures for implementation, for further popularization and application in large scale circulating fluidized bed boiler has guiding significance for distributed control system, to improve the level of large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler decentralized control has played a positive role.
