With the rapid development of the machinery industry, the mechanical which is only composed by the institutions has already replaced by the new type of the mechanical which is composed by the electromechanical integration system. Therefore, this is a serious challenge to us that how to make the renewal of the mechanical science.There are many factors will affect the work efficiency when the mechanical systems in the process of practical production. So the resistance of the production is mainly studied by put forward the mechanical tactile mechanism system. In this system, we put the resistance as the research subject. Then make the system can automatic adjustment with the value of the resistance and the change rate of the resistance and so on. Make the system be the best working state and improve the efficiency of the production, then make the system has the ability of self- learning. The BP neural network algorithm and the PID controller were analyzed and based on the PID controller with the BP neural network as the control part of the mechanical tactile system to achieve the target. In this method of the control, the BP neural network was got by the training the date which is contains the value of the resistance and the change rate of the resistance and so on. Then the BP neural network can output the species of the parameter of the P、I、D which is in the PID controller. C hoose the numerical of the P、I、D by the species which we had got, then put the output to the system directly by the PID control. At last, design a single-chip microcomputer control system to implement the control method, and then observation the performance of the mechanical tactile.After the study of the theoretical and the operation of the single chip microcomputer, we can see that the PID controller with the BP neural network can achieve the target, and the method also can make the system of the mechanical tactile simpler and the performance of the system more practical.
