Vehicle diesel engine has been the main power source of car for its excellent power performance and durability and reliability, especially with the application of high pressure common rail which makes the advantages of diesel engine prominent. With the development and demands of high pressure common rail technology, piezoelectric crystal begins to be used in the fuel injector, and the piezoelectric fuel injector has been one of the key technologies. As the core component of piezoelectric fuel injector, the piezoelectric stack actuator will promote the rapid development of high pressure common rail with the advantages of fast response and huge force output. The paper has a great significance for the design of piezoelectric stack actuator.The paper builds the finite element model on the basis of concluding theory knowledge, and verifies the model with test with the vehicle piezoelectric fuel injector as the driven goal. It conducts lectotype and detail simulation study on piezoelectric fuel injector, studies the characteristic influence of different parameters on piezoelectric actuator, determines the parameter range of key structures. It provides principles for the matching, reliable analysis and optimization of the piezoelectric injector actuator, and references for developing and trial-manufacture. The design of piezoelectric actuator is proposed in this paper,choosed the piezoelectric stack actuator technological exploration and model on the basis of the design with combing the simulation results and the design theory.The paper develops the dynamic characteristic test platform of piezoelectric stack. The high precision, convenient operation of the system reaches the excepted index. It studies the hysteresis behavior, rigidity, and creep properties, provides support for reliability of design solution, integrates the piezoelectric actuator and corresponding injector. It conducts the fuel injection law, studies fuel injection law and response property, and verifies practicability of piezoelectric actuator.
