Based on the blockade control submunition, this paper studies the data transmission technology of fuze network. The blockade control submunition system is applied to battlefield regional blockade, having the functions of networking, communitions, positioning, detecting and so on. This paper is devoted to a system, which can accomplish networking and magnetic detection at the same time meeting the demand of communication distance and power consumption.To achieve these goals, this paper has done a lot of work, including:(1) By analyzing the characteristics and performance of different network topologie, a mixed topology of network was designed to fit the fuze network structure and the way it works.(2) By comparing different types of short distance wireless communication methods, a micropower RF chip Si4463 was selected as the fuze network communication method and it meet the requirement successfully.(3) The power of blockade control submunition is limited, by evaluating the power consumption of the system in theory, it is found that the listening state of the communication module consumes over two-third of the system. By optimizing the working mode, the power consumption has reduced to one-third. Based on these, the inquiry mode has been resigned.(4) High performance communication mechanisms were designed for the micropower RF chip Si4463, including the bidirectional communication protocol based on ACK and the streamlined sending mechanisms based on CSMA/CA. The packet loss rate has sharply reduced and the performance can improve 28 times at most.(5) To meet the anti-interference requirements, a frequency hopping simulink model based on Si4463 was established and the communication bandwidth was expanded to 6.4 M. The ber curve under full band interference verified its anti-jamming ability.(6) At last, a fuze network transmission system of blockade control submunition was set up and the ralated hardware and software was designed. The experiment verified the networking and detecting function of the system.
