Wireless sensor network (WSN) has been developed rapidly in recent years, it has made a great progress on structural monitoring of civil engineering, and the technology of vibration control based on WSN has also been investigated at home and abroad at the same time. However there are some problems such as data-loss and time-delay exist in WSN compared with the traditional sensor network. In addition to that, the effect of vibration control will be reduced by this situation, or even worse that the stability of controlling system will be disturbed. So it is significant for vibration controlling system based on WSN to research and establish some relative models of data-loss and time-delay among the signal transmission of WSN. While on the other hand, there are little paper about data-loss and time-delay in public at present. The specific researching contents which have been finished can be list as follows.(1) The features and development of WSN were introduced in this paper as well as the performance of signal transmission. And wireless accelerating sensor and signal router have been developed under the cooperation between the enterprise of Mukun-Technology.(2) The data-loss testing system of WSN has been designed,so the relationship between data-loss and distances was achieved in a experiment outdoors under the sampling rate of 10Hz,25Hz,50Hz, 100Hz.(3) The least square method, BP neural network, GA-BP algorithm have been used to establish a model for data-loss and distances(4) The time-delay testing system of WSN has been designed, so the distribution of time-delay in WSN was achieved in some relative experiments.(5) The time-delay test of magnetostrictive actuator has been implemented, and the least square method, BP neural network have been used to establish a model for time-delay of magnetostrictive actuator with several kinds of incentive frequency.
