Considering the actual installation and operation conditions lead to electric opportunity to run in the working condition of tilt. Due to tilt motor after assembly clearance, components elastic deformation factors such as the rotor quality leading to vibration along the axis of uneven distribution, serious impact on the quality and service life. In this paper in view of the working condition of motor tilt, study on vibration response characteristics change rule.The main contents include the following:(1) Analysis the associated vibration characteristics about asynchronous motor components with the whole machine structure. The modeling of the stator core, rotor and winding is established, and the 7 kinds of motor rotor and the component of physical model and FEM was established. The B&K system for motor by hammering method modal experiment. Establish mathematics model of components and associated characteristics of the machine. By analyzing and comparing the first three order natural frequency of components of the motor model, draw the influence rule that key parts to the whole tools and state the influence law, stator winding of the motor, rotor, front cover, rear cover and the stator core of the whole state tools and their influence degree gradually increase in turn. The change rule of the modal natural frequency of the motor along with connection stiffness of front and rear cover and the casing.(2) The multi-body dynamics theory and changing regularity of vibration response of the machine. The tilt motor dynamics model is constructed by use Solid Works and ADAMS. After sorting and analyzing, we get the following rules:(a) Under inclined conditions, the maximum vibration response of a motor of the speed that increases with the increase of bearing stiffness.(b) With the increase of the motor Angle, The vibration of the motor increases, when the Angle is bigger, its vibration is mainly manifested in the axial and vertical, especially axial vibration dominate, and the vibration of a shaft and end basically are larger than the shaft extension end.(3)The vibration characteristics test of asynchronous motor that installed. Through designing the tilt of alpha = 0 °, 5 °, 10 °,15° and 20 ° of inclined board to build test device of motor, Reflex is used to analyze vibration data, the figure for each measuring point time domain and spectrum chart, based on the analysis of each measuring point vibration velocity peak value, the variation law of tilting motor vibration characteristics. The conclusions can be tilted to the motor under the condition of the design, manufacture, and dynamic analysis to provide theoretical reference and guidance.
