The traditional control on rectifier includes the diodes or thyristors, which are mature enough, powerful, and applied very extensive. However, there are some problems, such as lower power factor, harmonic severe pollution and so on. With the development of power electronic devices technology, the new type control switch devices are gaining steam rapidly. As well as big power switch units(IGBT、MOSFET et.al.) have been successfully performed and put into commercial application. Therefore PWM rectifier based on electric electronic component develops fast, which overcomes the disadvantages of traditional rectifier method, improves the power factor and has no harmonic pollution. In addition that PWM rectifier could be running in four quadrants, which increases the utilization factor of power. The article chose the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier as study object. The innovation and main work is as follows:Introduce the development history of rectification technology including the diodes or thyristors, illustrate background, research status, the topological structure and advantages of PWM rectifier.The construction and the working principle of three-phase VSR is analyzed. A mathematical model is built in static three-phase coordinates(a, b, c) based on Kirchhoff’s Current Law(KCL). While mathematical of the model is nonlinear and time-varying, it does not avail the design of controller. Through transformations, the mathematical model in static three-phase coordinates(a, b, c) is converted to that in Grid fundamental wave frequency synchronous coordinates(d, q).Based on the mathematical model, design PI controller and Active Disturbance Rejection Controller(ADRC). According to the simulation result and the need of disturbance rejection and following by system, a new kind of Integral Linear ADRC(I-LADRC) has been put forward which based on PI controller and ADRC. Simulate at rated state and interference state by Simulink and compare with foregoing result.Design the schematic diagrams and PCB drawings of three-phase VSR, and choose modules including the main control chip DSP2812 according to the design requirements and the simulation results. Complete the welding of the main control board, the voltage and current acquisition board and IGBT driver board, and the installation of the rectifier experiment platform. The VSR platform has good electrical properties by writing program and debugging.
