The ground motion is a complicated time-space process. The influence of spatial correlative of seismic ground motion can’t be neglected for long-span spatial structures. It has been verified that the influence of spatial correlative in putting at different scale of structures are different, and studies on response of long-span spatial structures have shown that the effects of multi-support excitations must be considered. In addition, with the rapid development of science and technology, long-span structures have become increasingly widespread application, so how to build a more realistic method of seismic response analysis has been very concerned about one of the issues for the researchers. The finite element model of a long-span spatial structure was established with the help of TJU.SAP2 ABAQUS interface program. This thesis will work in the dynamic elastic-plasticity time-history response analysis of the model under uniform and multi-support earthquake ground motions in ABAQUS software, and the main contents are as following.(1) It generated the multi-support ground motion field. Using harmony superposition principle, this paper got the more suitable ground motions for long-span structures. Meanwhile, response analysis of structure under seismic need generate artificial ground motions.(2) The basic theory of long-span structures under multi-support earthquake inputs was analyzed with including the dynamic equation establishment and the solution approach under multi-support excitation based on the theory of structural dynamics. Then, this paper confirms the long-span spatial structural input models of the uniform and multi-support excitations, as well as how to realize the uniform and multi-support excitations in ABAQUS software procedure.(3) The paper analyzed the earthquake response analysis of long-span under multi-support excitation. Firstly, the finite element model of a long-span spatial structure was established. At the base of the mode, the appropriate multi-support seismic wave was selected in accordance with regulatory requirements to conduct an appropriate adjustment. Subsequently, the seismic response of uniform and multi-support seismic input which was based on the model was analyzed, and the computing results were compared and analyzed in the light of two different seismic waves. At last, the deformation and plastic development process of the structure under strong earthquakes were studied and understand the structural weaknesses.
