As the traditional energy increasingly scarce, increasing demand for new energy. New energy is clean non-polluting, renewable and has other unique advantages in recent years has been promoted and developed very fast. Small power photovoltaic generation power system can provide a kind of very good solutions in the field that the traditional power supplying is inconvenience, at the same time it can also be applied to small roof power generation system. This paper mainly analyzed and designed the small power energy storage power generation system and inverter power system. Energy storage power generation system needs to design a suitable power conversion circuit based on the input energy and energy storage units, to solve the reliability of the system charge and discharge and design a suitable control strategy. Inverter system design needs to ensure the stability of output energy and load capacity, etc.This paper analyzed the composition units of small power energy storage power generation system. Through analyzing the characteristics of the energy storage unit, selected the right charge and discharge control strategy. Through analyzing the characteristics of photovoltaic(pv) and wind power unit, selected the appropriate maximum power point tracked and unload PWM control algorithm. Through analyzing the demand, selected the power circuit topology structure, designed a complete power circuit and drive circuit, etc. In the small power inverter power system design, include the push-pull dc transformation and the whole bridge inverter. In a push-pull circuit including push-pull transformer design, drive circuit design, drive circuit design, and the selection of power devices. Through analyzing several ways of the whole bridge SPWM modulation, we choose one which is suitable in off-grid inverter system, and the designed the inverter control strategy and system software framework. Simulation test of inverter system circuit show that principle is feasible. At the last, though structures experimental platform, run the prototype debugging, testing the charging and discharging performance of the whole system and inverter output characteristics, we found it can satisfy the design requirements, and verify the feasibility of system theory and control strategy. This thesis research work has a certain reference of small power generating system design.
