Boiler is extensively used in our industrial production, but, the low thermal efficiency results in a lot of energy wasted and factories emits large quantities of pollutants, which leads to the deterioration of the environment. With energy and environmental issues becoming increasingly prominent, the development of energy-efficient boiler technology is particularly important. In this paper, base on the patent of a Energy-saving boiler system that have the additional energy. Energy-saving boiler system that have the additional energy absorbs and makes use of waste heat to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler system by its ancillary equipment, thus, it saves a lot of energy. But the research is still in its infancy, this article will add energy energy-saving boiler systems and ancillary equipment optimized design to be discussed.Through a large number of literature review, I have a certain understanding to the development of energy-saving technologies and operation thermal efficiency of current boiler at home and abroad. Then, make thermodynamics analysis aiming at the energy-saving boiler system which have additional energy and the ejector design calculations in the system. After that, analyze the influence of design parameters on the system thermal efficiency. Then, select the best point as ejector design parameters and make structural design. Followed by making low-pressure heat-exchanger design calculations. Select the heat source and the form of heat exchanging, determine calculation methods, make design calculations, verify the calculation results and determine the design parameters. Then, analyze the change trends of thermal efficiency at different conditions and find the best working conditions of the system. Analyze and calculate the economic benefit of the additional energy boiler system.Through the above researches and calculations,compared the energy-saving boiler that have additional energy with the original boiler,we can find the thermal efficiency at rated conditions increases by about 6% and coal saving rate is about 8%. In the best condition(primary evaporation is 70% of the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler), the new system has a 8% higher to thermal efficiency, its saving rate is about 12%. The results show that the new system has good effects on energy conservation and emissions reduction.
