Research And Application On Evaluation Of LP’s Implementing Ability Based On GA-BP Neural Network

As China has become the world’s manufacturing center, how to improve the utilization rate of manufacturing resources and improve production efficiency have become increasingly prominent. As a modern management mode, lean production that can eliminate waste and reduce the cost of enterprise has been paid more and more attention. More and more enterprises enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise through the implementation of lean production. The smooth implementation of the lean production cannot work without the cultivation and construction of LP’s Implementing Ability. The enterprise must know their ability level through evaluation of LP’s implementing ability and take specific measures to cultivate and construct LP’s Implementing Ability. Analysis on the status of evaluation of LP’s implementing ability found that the current research has some limitations on evaluation, evaluation system and evaluation method three aspects. This paper proposes to build an evaluation system and a model of evaluation of LP’s implementing ability based on GA-BP neural network, in order to improve the imperfect situation of theoretical study on evaluation of LP’s implementing ability, thus improving the reliability of evaluation results of LP’s implementing ability.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, describe the background, analyze the present situation in domestic and oversea on evaluation of LP’s implementing ability, and put forward the purpose and significance, the main contents, and the research arrangement. Combined with the connotation and characteristics of the LP’s implementing ability, Put forward research mentality, the technical route and research framework.Secondly, construct the evaluation index system of LP’s implementing ability. Extract the key factors,select evaluation index, and design evaluation index system on the basis of the analysis influencing factors of the LP’s implementing ability. And delete the redundant index based on rough set theory.Thirdly, construct the evaluation model of LP’s implementing ability. Aiming at the shortcoming of BP neural network, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the BP neural network. GA-BP neural network model is established to evaluate LP’s implementing ability.Finally, the evaluation index system and evaluation model is applied to the H enterprise, result shows that the research result of this thesis has certain value in engineering application.
