With the increase of growing demand for energy, the development of new energy and energy efficiency is especially important to solve the energy demand, photovoltaic solar power is a kind of an inexhaustible, clean renewable energy.In this paper, we study the auxiliary power play to the role of photovoltaic solar micro inverter power supply.In view of the traditional auxiliary power in the presence of multiple output, transformer heat affected cross, big output ripple and feedback compensation loop design problems such as difficult, this paper mainly do the following work content and innovation.(1) Presents a pv micro inverse auxiliary power input, output and feedback compensation loop design method.First analyzed the photovoltaic micro inverse of auxiliary power supply common converter topology, and summarized all kinds of working characteristics of the converter topology, which focus on the catastrophe made detailed instructions in circuit.Then has carried on the photovoltaic micro inverse auxiliary power input stage design, include the leakage inductance of the transformer primary side clamp of energy absorption circuit design, power switch tube drain clamp absorption circuit design, UC3843 chip peripheral circuit design.Also by Mathcad inverse engineering calculation software for photovoltaic auxiliary power output stage has carried on the design and feedback compensation loop, contains the transformer leakage inductance of the negative side with internal capacitance diode resonant vibration free design, design of output filter, the stability of the feedback loop design,TL431 compensation circuit design, with the help of the software Mathcad avoid the repeated calculation of artificial difficult, improves the design efficiency and calculation accuracy.(2) The photovoltaic micro inverse core design of auxiliary power supply, which is the determination of transformer design and winding process.In photovoltaic micro inverse core design of auxiliary power supply, we do power capacity of transformer is moderate, avoid the power capacity is too small or too large;Winding coil joint tightly between the layers and conductor uniform distribution, especially the multiplexed output negative side of winding the mobius winding way, avoid negative edge caused by too much wire transformer window to hold the wire;Using sandwich winding to the original contain negative while winding, in order to reduce the leakage inductance of the transformer, thus reducing fever, to reduce the ripple rate, improve cross regulation.(3) Through the saber software simulation, and in a 800 watts photovoltaic on the micro inverter prototype experiment was studied for the design of the auxiliary power supply.Results show that this design of power supply can meet the micro inverter is stable, and efficient work.
