In the methods of slope protection, the method of the geotechnical anchoring has so many advantages by comparison. It is affected by the site conditions a little and covers a limited space. It costs smaller and effects better. So it is widely used into every field of civil engineering construction. In this method, we mainly use the anchor and pre-stressed anchor cable to solve the problem. The anchor cable and the anchor are used for their applications because of their own characteristics and applicability in the slope engineering. The practice of the technology combining the anchor cable and the anchor has mostly developed faster than the theory at the present. Then the theory of combining the anchor cable and the anchor is in need deeply. This article is to make a research from the aspects of combining the anchor cable and the anchor and make up the blank of the theory behind the practice. Its development has great prospects.①The content in this article is to provide a series of universal designing theories in the slope designing, the finite element analysis software. To provide a reference basis from building models and to analysis through ANSYS, we can explore the validity effect on the surrounding rock mass and the cable from the anchor cable respectively and solve from the aspects of the elastic theory. Analysising respectively from different aspects, such as the height of the slope, the poisson’s ratio and the elastic modulus of the rock, the size of the prestressing force, the elastic modulus of the cable, the length of the anchor, the design strength of the anchor, we can study the validity effect of the cable from these factors and prove the practicability of the method from an engineering example.②The main thought in this article is to simulate the excavation under gravity and the excavation using the anchor in the process from building models through ANSYS, the finite element analysis software. Therefore we can get the slope deformation curve about the influence law of the surrounding slope deformation from the anchor cable. Then we have to analysis the excavation under gravity and the excavation using the anchor in the process from the aspects of the elastic theory. We can get the slope deformation curve about the influence law of the surrounding slope deformation from the anchor cable and analysis the influence law of the surrounding anchor from the anchor cable.③The purpose of this article is to provide a theoretical basis for analysising the influence law of the surrounding anchor from the anchor cable from the aspects of the elastic theory and ANSYS, the finite element analysis software, to provide a reliable analytic expression for combining the anchor cable and the anchor. It can provide a strong basis to control the slope from combining the anchor cable and the anchor in the anchorage technology of the rock slope.
