Base isolation technology is currently one of the effective measures of damping structure,its application shows very good damping effect in practical engineering. In the present engineering structure design, there are many problems,such as selecte seismic wave, seismic wave direction, structure energy consumption, bearing axial force analysis, bearing under shear wall, frame and shear wall of structure function. In this article, isolated frame-shear wall structure and the non-isolated model are designed according to the seismic design code. After the dynamic calculating,the floor maximum acceleration,interlayer displacement angle and interlayer shear force of isolated structure is far less than the isolated structure, it proves the effectiveness of the isolated measures.According to the isolated structure and non-isolated structure to choose seismic waves, two results of seismic waves calculation show that choose seismic wave according to the isolated structure, the response of the structure is significantly larger. In actual structure dynamic analysis, isolated and non-isolated structure can be calculated according to wave selected by isolated structure, to compare the structural seismic performance, but the calculated results of isolated structure should be multiplied by a coefficient increase, if only on isolated structure calculation analysis,it’s better to according to structure its own characteristics to choose seismic waves. Energy analysis results show that under the same earthquake, the the upper structure hysteretic energy dissipation of isolated structure is far less than the non-isolated structure, the isolation layer has good effect on isolating seismic. At the same hysteretic energy dissipation of the upper structure,the upper structure of the non-isolated structure relies mainly on the bottom floor to consume the earthquake energy, the earthquake energy dissipated concentrate at the bottom of the structure. The upper structure of isolated structure will be more evenly upwards floor to consume earthquake energy, and energy dissipation are more evenly distributed to the upper floor. The study found that both structure bearing capacity and energy consumption analysis of structure, shear wall played a significant role, in the actual appropriate set shear wall in structural engineering, cost increase is not much, but can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the structure with energy dissipation capacity.The axial force of rubber bearing under the two-direction earthquake wave is significantly larger than the one-way seismic,tends to the tension,the dynamic time history analysis of isolated structure is better to choose two-direction earthquake wave. The number of rubber bearing under the shear wall have a great influence on bearing axial force,if rubber bearings only arrange on both ends of shear wall, the maximum axial force of rubber bearing is pressure, if one or two rubber bearings arrange in the middle of shear wall, the maximum axial force of rubber bearing is tension,so it is the best way that only arrange rubber bearings under endpoint or intersection of shear wall.
