This article first introduces common transfer layers used now, and analysis the mechanical characteristics of them, then this article puts forward a new transfer layer ——Cable transfer layer technique. On the construction process, sectional cable transfer layer and The whole sections of cable transfer layer are discussed, step length is also defined in the sectional cable transfer layer, the feasibility of cable transfer layer is verified in the aspect of the construction process.A 6 layer structure with two spans and sectional cable transfer layer is studied respectively at the case of small earthquakes and big earthquake with the finite element software SAP2000, the nonlinear seismic behavior of the 6 layer structure is studied.Below are the main conclusions of this article:1) Compared with structure without transfer layer, bending moment and shear force of structure with cable transfer layer are same when at the static condition.so component size of structure with cable transfer layer can be smaller.2) The nonlinear seismic behavior of the structure with cable transfer layer is well, The results can meet the requirements of the specification and three seismic resistance level.3)If the prestressed concrete beam is designed to be articulated, not only the size of conversion structure can be smaller, but also the nonlinear seismic behavior is better. |
