Village construction and farmers’ living standard in Southwest China have been developing rapidly, as the country’s implementation of the Western development, Cheng-Yu economic zone strategic and other major strategic. The summer is sweltering and the winter is wet cooling in Chongqing where belonging to the summer-hot and winter-cold area. Especially during the winter without heating systems, indoor air temperature is lower than the limit of the thermal hygienic standard temperature, affecting people’s health and lives. However, with the economic development of rural area, village residents increase the requirements for winter indoor thermal comfort. At present, there are some main heating methods which can’t reach the need of heating comfort and energy efficiency, such as hot-air heating, electric heaters. The capillary tube radiant heating has the advantages of comfortable environment, hygienic air, using low temperature heat source and save floor space. Therefore Capillary radiant heating is widely used. Air-source heat pump uses air as a low grade heat sources, and it is not only for winter heating but also for summer cooling. Consequently, study on the air-source heat pump combined with the capillary tube radiant heating for winter heating in the rural areas of Chongqing is significant.Through the investigation and test, get the architecture main forms. Build experimental platform and establish air-source heat pump with capillary radiant floor heating system to do the experimental study. From December 2013 to March 2014, choose the water temperature of “30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃、50℃”to set the experimental conditions. At the end, get the performance and characteristics parameters of the system. Experimental results show that: ir-source heat pump with capillary radiant floor heating system performance is strong under the influence of water temperature, outdoor environment temperature and enclosure structure thermal insulation properties. Based on the experimental test data, the paper analyses the influence of various factors on heating effects, to provide the direction for optimizing various parameters the design.Then, on the basis of experimental data, use FLUENT software to do numerical simulation and analysis to optimize the end of the capillary tube radiation. Simulation results show that: ① Floor-layer’s thermal conductivity coefficient has a great influence on the indoor heating effect and the suggestion is that try to choose a decorative material with small thermal conductivity coefficient; ② the position of the capillary radiant system prefer to choose the floor, then is the ceiling and the last is the wall. ③ Improving the building envelope insulation is conducive to enhancing effect of radiant floor heating system. Aiming at the rural area of Chongqing, the first needs to improve building envelope insulation is the roof, followed by exterior walls and windows. ④ Enhance the building envelope insulation reduces air-source heat pump water temperature and raises the COP.
