Because of the FFT method can reduce most of the amount of calculation, easy programming and convenient application in digital system, so it is one of the most used methods in harmonic analysis. But because of the harmonic and harmonics are both in the signal, the synchronous sampling can not be achieved, because of this,in the FFT analysis, the spectrum leakage and the fence effect will happen, also the truncation effect will happen in the FFT analysis, and this will make some error in the analysis. Because of this, the scholars have signed up some methods to solve these problems, such as use the window function, as the improvement of the order number and the times of the fitting, the precision become more and more accurate, but the amount of calculation become more and more huge, Considering the characteristics of the window function, a new method-the energy center of gravity method was put forward.In this paper, the proposed method is a kind of harmonic detection algorithm based on the energy center of gravity method, considering the frequency spectrum energy mainly concentrated in the main lobe spectrum, with main lobe spectrum energy to replace the whole spectrum of harmonic parameters estimation, this method can greatly reduce the the amount of calculation, through simulation and experiments in the hardware show that,in the right window function, the method of parameter estimation precision is high, this method is very practical in the algorithm.
