Wind power is playing a more positive role to solve the problem of the energy crisis and environmental pollution. However, the uncertainty and volatility characteristic of the output power also bring bad effects for the active balancing power system and frequency stability. This paper mainly research the active control strategy under different wind speed working conditions to participate in a frequency modulation from the perspective of wind turbine and wind farms.First, analyzes the characteristics of active control of DFIG wind power unit. Based on the research target of the wind turbine active power control, as the time is far less than the wind turbine generator inverter control pitch Angle control of the time, so this part can simplify control system, ignore the delay time and set up suitable active control mechanism of the model for analysis of working condition of constant wind speed wind unit.Secondly, for the wind turbines to participate in a frequency modulation control strategy study. Considering the uncontrolled characteristics of wind speed, set it as one judge condition to judge whether a wind turbine can participate the primary frequency control. Based on the wind speed and frequency deviation judgment mechanism of two factors, put forward the correspond to the mechanism of wind turbines coordination of primary frequency control technology, perfect the wind turbines to participate in primary frequency control strategy.And in previous studies based on the model of various factors on the impact of wind turbines a frequency modulation.Consider a FM demand for active control of the wind turbine itself, in order to better study the actual working condition of wind speed wind unit effective tracking the target power, first proposed the wind turbines in balance the equilibrium manifold collection of Taylor expansion, to build a model based on equilibrium manifold and through the identification of the measured data to obtain the high wind speed of wind turbines equilibrium manifold expansion model, and on the basis of this model to establish power tracking control, the control effect is good. From the Angle of the wind farm, consider economy, put forward to fully participate in wind turbines in wind farm into a frequency modulation and auxiliary participate in primary frequency control unit, and established the judgment mechanism to dispatch two primary frequency control.From the point of the wind farm, consider economy, put forward to fully participate in wind turbines in wind farm into a frequency modulation and auxiliary participate in primary frequency control unit.
