Energy is the most widely used secondary energy, during the process from generation to consumption of electricity, the imbalance of power is existed generally, it needs the energy storage to balance the difference between supply and demand. Such as use the storage device to realize "load shifting", in order to improve the efficiency of emergency in the system of the distribution network,to stabilize the input power fluctuations caused by the randomness of natural resources and non-controllable in the system of renewable energy power generation, to store the text energy in the system of electronic load temporarily by, and send the test energy back to the power grid when the condition is allowed.The coordination of electrical energy storage and back has become a current hot topic, this paper studys on the topology and control strategies on this technology based on the DC electronic load.Electronic load device widely used is mainly based on Boost and full-bridge PWM converter. However, the intermittent current analog such as pulses is poorly researched. This paper proposes a new Buck-Boost converter circuit based on the existing cascade double-barreled Boost converter. It can achieve continuous and discontinuous current form by controlling the operation of the two switches, and the peak, width, frequency of the pulse current are continuously adjustable, that meet the requirements for factory test and type test of DC power supply. At the same time a high step-up ratio existed applys for renewable energy power generation system.Depend on the direction of test energy flow, the system can be divided into two kinds of energy,storage mode and energy regenerative mode. Considering the characteristics of the different operating modes, design the control strategies based on sliding mode control and PI control in different modes, including switching system control method respectively, which is the coordinating control method of energy storage and feedback.Set up Matlab / Simulink model of the overall control scheme of the system in different modes. Verify the coordination control strategy proposed between energy storage and feedback is feasible and effective. Meanwhile set up an experimental platform to achieve the simulation test in the mode of continuous energy feedbacking the grid.
