Sampling is the main task of the phase â…¢ lunar exploration project in our country. The measurement of the core-pulling force acts as a supporting member in sampling. The purpose of this study is to design a device that could guide the lunar soil and measure the core-pulling force. Based on technical requirement, this paper carried out the research on lunar soil guiding and core-pulling force measuring device. This paper determined an architecture scheme after studying several schemes of guiding& measuring device. By studying the relation between structure and precision, a structure model was built. Then by using topology optimization, this model was optimized. Finally, several experiments were carried out to verify the function of guiding &measuring device.According to external interface requirements, studied several schemes device and determined final architecture scheme. Built the mathematical model of architecture scheme, and by studying this model, the location and angle of each module were determined. Quantized each size of structure to determine the relation between size and precision. Built a GUI interface by matlab. By using the GUI interface, analyzed the effect on precision when structure sizes changed to determine the best sizes.Based on the best sizes and dimensional coordination, three-dimensional model was built. Emulated this model to analyze distribution of stress. By using topology optimization, optimized this three-dimensional model to reduce its quality.By analyzing factors that affect the precision of guiding&measuring device during working period, precision analysis was carried out. According to installation interface of guiding&measuring device, the range of effect on precision was determined. By studying the relation between error effect and precision, determined the precision of guiding&measuring device.Designed experiment device to standardize the precision of guiding&measuring device. Analyzed mode to determine the point of maximum amplitude. Carried out mechanical experiment to analyze the bearing capacity on the surface of moon. Compared two groups, one has elasticity element and another not, verified that elasticity element was necessary to guiding&measuring device. Carried out thermal environment experiment to analyze the bearing capacity of thermal environment.
