Transmission tower is an important part of the normal operation of the power system. It is the main supporting component of transmission line. Every year our country has a lot of tower suffered abnormal weather and earthquake disaster damage, and caused tower collapse accident. It plays important significance that developing a kind of disaster rescue cable fast erecting system to speed up the rapid recovery of power system in disaster areas. The innovation of this paper is to design a new system for the rapid erection of cable which has simple structure. It is also convenient in transportation which can quickly enter the disaster area and can be installed in 4 hours. Based on the detailed design of the structure, this article has carried on the wind conditions and icing conditions of static analysis, stability analysis and seismic analysis. After the completion of the structure design and finite element analysis, this subject has carried on the processing and assembly of the prototype. In addition, we also simulated the wind condition and have carried on the corresponding experimental verification.First of all, the cable fast erecting system is designed in detail for disaster relief, including the design of the auxiliary lifting tower crane and transmission tower. This paper gives a detailed description of the structures and their function of the standard section, base, installation guide frames, auxiliary installation frame, pole and so on. This paper also presents the hydraulic system to drive the whole hoisting installation process. In the form of virtual prototype also ensures the system can complete the assembly within the prescribed period of time.Secondly, this paper finished the finite element modeling of transmission tower and analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics. The main force of the transmission tower is wind load. With the wind load as external load, the wind cable connection parameters of transmission tower were optimized. The static analysis was performed in 10 gale conditions and icing condition on optimization modal. The model can meet the requirements of stiffness and strength. This paper uses the elastic support continuous beam method and initial parameter method to calculate the stability of the transmission tower in the wind loads.Finally, according to the seismic level of transmission tower, this paper carried on seismic time history analysis of the transmission tower in 7 grade earthquake intensity and get displacement, acceleration curve of the node in the whole process of earthquake. At the same time, based on the curve and numerical analysis this paper gives the corresponding seismic measures.In summary, this paper designs a new cable quick installation of the tower and has carried on the finite element analysis under adverse conditions. We have made the parts processing finally.
