This paper takes the cylindrically coiled tension spring and torsion spring made of 0Cr18Ni9 as the research object. Self made elastic component performance testing device has been used to study cylindrical helical tension spring and torsion spring’s load displacement characteristics, in three different kinds of loading way.cylindrically coiled tension spring creep in different temperature conditions and stress relaxation of normal temperature and fixed torsion angle have been studyed.And the mechanism of the creep has been analysed and discussed.Test and analysis results show that under different loading and unloading,tension spring load’s characteristic curve is similar, among them the two consecutive loading spring characteristic curve’s similar degree is the highest, and loading step loading is slightly different.Coil spring under the different loading same loading conditions, step loading’s deformation is the maximum amount, slow loading is the minimum, fast loading is the center, and with the increase of the load,deformation deviation increases gradually. The tension spring’s creep test and analysis results at different temperature show that under the condition of different temperature, creep of the tension spring are in line with Arrhenius model, In the range of room temperature to 185 ℃, the tension spring at each temperature creep has the same mechanism.Study on load characteristics of torsion spring show that under the condition of different loading modes same twist angle, fast loading load is the maximum,followed by slow loading and step loading load is the minimum, and maximum and minimum deviation about 1gf. Under the same loading mode, loading compared to unloading, all unloading have a certain lag phenomenon, and under continuous loading mode, loading rate decreasing will reduce the degree of unloading delay.Stress relaxation curves of torsion spring are tested under the condition of normal temperature and 120 degree torsion angle.and stress relaxation model of torsion spring is established.
