As the structural health monitoring system has a limited number of sensor arrangements, the direct understanding of structural working state through limited measured data is difficult. So it is necessary to study the real environmental load of the structure based on a limited number of structural health monitoring system, that is, the distribu tion and the size of the wind load and temperature. It is necessary to study the stress field identification and safety evaluation of overall structure under the wind load and temperature action, which can be used to conclude the overall structure stress f ield distribution of the long period changes with the load of the real environment, provide the basis for the selection of threshold structure safety monitoring, and the structure design parameter selection. A safety assessment method of the structure using limited monitoring data is proposed.This paper studies the division of structure and load value of each division based on the non-uniform distribution of environmental load. The non-uniform temperature load initial partition is determined by through the measured temperature data and fitting data grouping comparison; the deepening partition of the structure is completed by using Ecotect Analysis software, on the structure of sunshine and shielding analysis, and the structure of the cumu lative solar radiation. The structural non-uniform wind load, and the structure load code and wind tunnel experiment are combined to partition the structure. Based on the measured temperature and wind speed data, and considering the different target, a method for determining load is proposed. The feasibility of the structural partition method is verified by using the small shell structure of the Zhuhai Opera as an example.The method of on-line and off-line security assessment is proposed. the structure on-line and the off-line stress analysis method based on the existing structure partition and load value determination method is proposed, and the identification of the stress of the non-measurement points is realized; three methods of setting the threshold are propo sed by using the structural measured data and the actual load; based on-line and off-line analysis method and the method of setting up the threshold, the safety assessment method of the structure is presented by comparing the stress value with the threshold of the structure. The effectiveness of the structural safety evaluation method is validated by Using Zhuhai Opera as an example.The study of the distribution characteristics of stress loads in actual environment structure is analysis by using Zhuhai Opera. The analysis of actual load conditions include the effect of v ariation of annual temperature, the different day temperature field and the single and multiple wind direction of the wind load, three types of structure actual environmental loads. The structure stress level and the change amplitude distribution law is analysised based on these real environment load changes, providing the basic reference for structure monitoring safety evaluation and design.
