For waterworks, due to the rising water source water quality pollution, pollutant species growing in water, and water supply, water quality standards and continuously improve the traditional conventional water treatment technology is more and more difficult to meet the needs of safe drinking water supply. And this topic the waterworks is still adopted "disinfection of coagulation- sedimentation- filter-" the conventional process, so the need to constantly adjust and optimize the supply process parameters of water supply unit are also prone to encounter all sorts of details need to be solved, in order to ensure safety of water supply. Dongguan city, this paper aims to research and analysis to solve a waterworks actual practical problems encountered in the process of water supply, water process before the upgrade of the whole system, on the current water supply unit details modification and optimization operation is designed, under the premise of guarantee the quality of water supply,for the company to save the cost and guarantee the quality safety of water supply, water supply for the general public.This topic proposed a water plant in dongguan "coagulation- sedimentation- filter-disinfection" under the condition of conventional water treatment technology, coagulant dosage in practical production, coagulation, disinfection, p H value, the optimization correction, a quick fix to the blocked pipeline by polyaluminium chloride sediment problem;Water based on the actual production of hydraulic parameters(head loss, velocity gradient and the residence time, etc.), design mixing coagulation beaker test program, and within the scope of the different source water turbidity, determine the optimum coagulant dosing quantity; Calibration to determine the residual chlorine meter under the condition of different raw water quality on the accuracy of the instrument and the appropriate calibration cycle,according to the test, Suggestions waterworks set up laboratory, constantly monitoring the change of water quality, and according to the actual production needs, made the water quality of post lab can be carried out the test items and frequency. According to the position of laboratory data accumulation, established under the condition of different water quality of chlorine dosage reference range and the adjusting method; Determine the suitable for alkalinerange, and in the meantime of effluent can not influence the microbial indicators, disinfection effect of water factory, also can reduce network iron release, slow down the pipeline corrosion.Production practice shows that after optimization, reduce the operation cost of the plant, has provided the safeguard for waterworks daily operation, at the same time improve the quality of tap water factory control, production of high quality tap water to lay a solid foundation for the plant, so the research has practical application and promotion of use value.
