With the development of city construction and its own advantages, soil anchor has been widely used in deep foundation pits, tunnels, dams, mines, and so on. Soil anchor keeps the stability of soil body and structures by the shear stress caused by friction of anchorage body and soil body, and earth pressure from support system of external transverse piles and beams in bearing soil. However, lots of accidents like pit supporting and rock bolt pulling out from interface element, emerged commonly. Therefore, theory research didn’t keep up with the sharp application of soil anchor. As we can see that deep foundation pit project will inevitably play an important role in city construction, so it is imperative to make some experimental study of the soil anchor load transfer rule.On the basis of former studies, the author firstly gave a brief introduction to the development and application history, research status of soil anchor. He also carried out his own discussion and research according to problems occured.Secondly, he introduced the interface element theoretical research and load transfer theoretical model, and put forward his own opinion on model discrepancy.Then this paper began with the test of soil anchor anchoring section, and made a detailed research on factors influencing anchorage load transfer. After the anchor load transfer mechanism shows the single hump curve, the author discussed his own models separately. From the chemical reaction principle, the author analysis the effect of the anchoring strength of Portland cement, then explain the influence about the cause of the peak.Lastly, by analyzing and verifying the theoretical models with the help of Midas/GTS, the author proved the models effectiveness, which gave a reliable support to the testing result. The author found that many problems happened during the usage of soil anchor in projects were caused by defective design and construction. Take the 6th phase pit supporting project in Foshan Wanke Crystal City for example, the author analyzed and made research of the factors influencing anchorage body interface element from the point of project design and construction, and gave out his own suggestions, measures and programs.This paper discussed the changing rule of anchorage load transfer with some experiment analysis and provided reference to project design and construction.
