The development of world economy is more and more restricted by land resources reducing increasingly. Ocean regard as the second large space of human development, the development and utilization of deep sea resources has become the focus of contemporary national competition. We strive to improve the ability of the development of ocean resources in our country in exploration of deep sea areas and actively develop Marine economy. The construction of sea power has important strategic significance to resolutely safeguard China’s maritime rights and interests.Deep-sea manned submersible is one of the most effective way for human development. It is not only necessary for seafloor resource exploration and submarine mission equipment, but also the important measures to protect the ocean space. So the development of deep-sea manned submersible was far-reaching strategic frontier technology.One of the key technologies of deep-sea manned submersible is how to make the open structure has enough safety and reliability. Along with the depth increasing, the outside of the entire submersible water pressure is increase. It put forward very high requirements for part of the structure of open structure strength and sealing performance. Submersible opening structure is mainly divided into two kinds of style that the observation window and access hatch for staff using.This article mainly aims at the observation window of the deep-sea manned submersible structure to discuss. Based on the method of elastic-plastic mechanics analysis and calculation, the theory of contact mechanics and combined with the finite element software ANSYS, we research the contact surface between observation and window seat to explore its stress and strain under different friction coefficient; Based on the theory of cluster analysis and classify the coefficient of friction on the contact surface, we applied to the contact surface of contact surface bearing situation according to the classification results section. So we get more optimized form of observation window interface; Based on the method of BP neural network theory, we put forward the observation window of the neural network algorithm for submersible observation window of calculating the axial stress. The result of neural network compared with the results of ANSYS finite element solution. Thus it can break that people previously confined to the finite element simulation method of solving; By the end of the article, we puts forward a new type of ball fan window structure. It compared with the traditional ball fan observation window on the stress and strain, contact mechanics and optical performance. It demonstrates the feasibility of the new window.This article has a certain reference value in view of the submersible observationwindow analysis, the conclusion and structure optimization to design deep sea exploration equipment.
