Study On The Regional Decoration In The Subway Station’s Interior Space

Subway is not only closely related to people’s life and the development of the city,but has an important character that is the interaction and reflection of city culture and humanities spirit, the regional decoration in the subway station’s interior space that expresses the regional culture is the trend of the development and has a very important significance.Between the local culture and the decoration in the subway station’s interior space,on one hand, the regional culture has a influence the development of the decoration in the subway station’s interior space, the formation of the subway culture must based on it.On the other hand, the element of the subway station’s interior space is the sublimation of the regional culture; moreover, the decoration in the subway station’s interior space can in turn promote the protection and development of the regional culture.This research is aiming to explore the application of the regional culture in the interior decoration design in the metro station, mainly on the basis of existing literature and case study. This research, with the regard of the development of metro, illustrates the features of the decoration design in the interior metro station. Furthermore, this research analyzes the importance of the regional culture during the interior decoration design in the metro station. The main research results are based on the analysis of materials, colors, lighting, landscaping, art and other elements of the interior space of the subway station on the regional impact of decorative design, by the theory with practice, summed up the regional culture decorative interior space in the subway station the application of the principles. It is hoped that, by concluding the trend of interior metro station decoration design, this research could provide positive indicators forfuture researches.
