In order to reduce the subjectivity of evaluation experts, the paper discusses the application of value engineering evaluation of infrastructure projects, through the analysis of the case, tests the feasibility of applying value engineering analysis method in bidding and offers the references for the smooth conduct of university infrastructure projects.
