| The basic theories of this paper are design psychology, chromatology and ergonomics. It starts out from the perspective of design survey. Under specific environment and the circumstance of population hypothesis survey, we will give a comprehensive research and overall planning and design of the electric dust cleaning carts and the selected indoor public space to study the communion of these two and find out the harmonious working way for the electric dust cleaning carts in specific indoor public space. In this way, the cleaning equipment that satisfies people’s needs in indoor environment can be designed.The assumed regional environment in this design is the indoor public space in Wanda Plaza in Xi’an City, according to “Chinese residence clustering paradigm(China-Vals)â€, the selected target population are office workers in Xi’an. On the above basis, a comprehensive survey on the indoor cleaning way and the environment in Wanda Plaza is conducted and the existing disharmonious factors of the present indoor public environment, cleaning tools and the cleaning ways are found, which are, the cleaning way influence the normal passage of pedestrians, and the cleaning tools are disharmonious with the overall environment in their colors, shapes and working ways. Through interviews, trial investigation, correction and formal investigation, and the later analysis of the mathematical statistics, reliability and validity, we discover the psychological appeal, value expectation and the aesthetic sense of the target population concerning the public leisure and buying space in Wanda. By the research and analysis of the psychology and behavior of the management staff and the consumers in the public space and the mathematical statistics, relative data is obtained, based on which, the user model of the target population is built. Based on the user model and the existing problems of Ripu 310 C electric dust cart, we conduct the conceptual design and the core design of the new machine. The specific design and alteration include the shape of the whole machine, color and the optimized layout of the structure; in addition, the user interface has also been redesigned. This design seeks to overcome the shortcomings of the original machine, improve the visual perception and promote the comfort and convenience of the operation, at the same time to better the communion between cleaning carts and the environment as well as to improve the quality and taste. |
