This paper proposes a novel rotating mirror structure based on piezoelectric theory and shell theory. Compared with the conventional rotating mirror,select the piezoelectric motor as the driving mode and proposes a novel spherical structure. Movement analysis carried out in the mathematical model. Establish three-dimensional model by Creo1.0. The finite element analysis is carried out on the designed rotating mirror using Ansys Workbench. According to analysis of the structure,ensure that the designed rotating mirror at work is not in the scope of the resonant frequency. Obtain scanning model by checking parts with 3d laser scanner. Then, calculate the precision of parts by theoretical design and practical measure. Provide the basis structure for future improvements of rotating mirror.
