In recent years the study of directional blasting development in our country is relatively rapid, is mainly used for dam construction, road construction, land, the demolition of houses and so on. The labor shortage, inconvenient transportation and construction site where extremely important. Brick as a building material, is often used in civil and military construction. Therefore, how to quickly get rid of the exterior wall of buildings, ensuring the overall strength of the wall is not destroyed, this is a test purpose. Using the numerical simulation of the process of this technology to simulation test, so as to achieve a desired result, at the same time to save time, save the budget, this idea became the focus of future research needs. The main research contents include:(1)Understanding in the brick wall failure mechanism under static load, and then test explosion in the brick wall, brick wall damage observed in blasting under impact, and analysis of the cause of this failure phenomenon.(2)Repeated blasting test, record test results according to the test results, the reasons and combined with the blasting mechanism analysis for different results. Comparing each test, get to make successful test data.(3)Numerical simulation of blasting effect of brick in the blasting impact by using PFC3 D software, the numerical simulation software of process can directly observe the destruction of the wall, and by changing the parameters to simulate the failure of wall, analysis on the effects of different parameters on the brick wall blasting effect. Can greatly save the resources, you don’t have to do the experiment, only need to change the parameters should be observed.(4)By changing the experimental parameters, the blasting effect as the standard, we obtain a group can meet the rescue personnel can quickly enter the building, but also can ensure that the test data of rescue workers and their personal safety. Although the blasting demolition and the actual numerical simulation of a certain gap, but the numerical simulation to actual blasting condition expression basically complete.The innovation point:This topic is compared through simulation two aspects of blasting test and numerical analysis, blasting effect of brick wall under blasting load. PFC3 D this software on the wall model can only be applied rate, cannot be directly applied force, so need to use the principle of servo mechanism, through changing the rate of wall to wall to adjust the force size.
