Along with the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of society, new technologies and new materials of construction reinforcement industry have emerged. From traditional methods including steel reinforcement from outsourcing, increasing the cross-section and shotcrete reinforced method to the application of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic(CFRP) and other new materials, and finally to the produce of prestressed CFRP-lamina. Traditional methods have shortcomings of increasing the structural dimension, reducing the available space, increasing the structural weight and complexing construction, while the application of CFRP solve these problems and have the property of Lightweight, high strength, corrosion, having A wide range of applications, but utilization of materials is very low which results a waste of materials. At the same time, the strength of materials can not play totally.The application of prestressed CFRP-lamina reinforced technology not only improve utilization of materials, save materials, delay structure cracking, decrease the width of crack but also greatly improve the bearing capacity of the structure.This article conducts bending static load test after tensioning CFRP at the basic of a tensioning anchorage independently developed and reinforcing CFRP to bending test beam. And then do theoretical and experimental analysis. The main research work in the following aspect:1.Describing the tensioning device and the arching device independently developed in details.Making a detailed analysis of their respective starting point for the design and advantages and disadvantages need improvement found in the commissioning process. Summarizing construction technology of tension of CFRP.Putting forward operating highlights and points to note. Providing equipment reference and technical support for the application to practical engineering items of the prestressed CFRP.2.In the process of tensioning CFRP plate, we measure strain of CFRP,tensile strain of concrete,reinforcement of compressive strain and beam deflection during periods of tension, uninstall, tighten and anchor, estimate the instantaneous loss of prestressing and analyzes the influencing factors.3.With comparing static load test of comparative test beam, CFRP reinforced test beam and Prestressed CFRP reinforced test beam, we analysis the effect of crack propagation, deflection,carrying capacity,deformable members,flexural rigidity and so on from Prestressed CFRP. Comparing the strength utilization of CFRP plate. Lay the foundation for prestressed CFRP in engineering applications.4.For stress-strain relationship of concrete, steel and CFRP during the test,we analysis the coordination properties of CFRP and steel, verifying the result that section deformation comply plan assumption.
