Permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely applied in the servo system, however, the problems of overvoltage and cost had been faced in permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. This paper studies a new type of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor and its control system. Compared with permanent magnet synchronous servo motor, permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor has the advantage of small moment of inertia, no overvoltage, no demagnetization risk, and low manufacturing cost, which has a good application prospect in the servo system.First, the optimization problem of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance servo motor is studied, A comparative study included extreme groove cooperates, magnetic steel layer is done by using the finite element simulation software Maxwell, and on the basis of which, a prototype of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor is made; A union simulation platform based on magnetic circuit–electric circuit of Maxwell-Simplorer is researched, magnetic circuit model, coordinate transform model and SVPWM modulation are set up and simulated; Second, the harmonic analysis for motor parameter identification of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor under base speed was studied, after joining the torque angle variable step length compensation get maximum torque Angle, formed the harmonic parameter identification based on the maximum torque Angle variable MTPA of step length compensation control strategy; The flux-weakening control strategy of three points area of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor up base speed was studied, flux-weakening area can be divided into flux-weakening I area, flux-weakening II area, flux-weakening III area, and analyze each flux-weakening dq current given by simple algorithm; Again, the design of 1.5 k W permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance servo motor has been done, designs TMS320F2808 of TI company as control chip, IKCM30F60 GA of Infineon company as the power device, rotary transformer as speed detecting element and write on CCS3.3 for full speed range vector control procedures; Finally, set up permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor experimental platform, respectively through the motor parameter measurement experiment, no-load experiment, controller detection performance and load experiments to validate the feasibility of union simulation platform and velocity vector control algorithm, by comparison permanent magnet servo motor with electric experiment,the feasibility of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor servo application has been verification.
