This paper introduces the current situation of of wind power farm and summarizes and studies on the existing wind farm operation and maintenance of wind farm inventory management status and problems in the actual wind farm, and summarizes the problems in the process of repair and maintenance of the wind farm maintenance: repair and maintenance of wind farms is low efficiency process management, inventory management is not reasonable.In order to solve the maintenance of wind power equipment,data flow process continuity during maintenance, those problems of repair and maintenance process on monitoring complexity data and lean process management about spare parts during maintenance and so on,it makes wind farm level of information to some extent improved. this paper proposes a BOM driven repair maintenance process design, based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and AB2 C inventory classification method for wind farm operation and maintenance of the inventory management process.Through the investigation and analysis of wind farm operation maintenance process and the optimization of operation maintenance process is reasonable and suitable for the business process management of wind farms are drawn.In guarantee under the premise of reasonable can solve the problem of wind fan fault, reducing the repair and maintenance of relatively complex and chaotic process problem and improving the efficiency of personnel and quick feedback the maintenance schedule.In addition, in the process of the maintenance spare parts needed to get reasonable supply, and the AB2 C classification method based on AHP can well solve the problem of inventory management, making the inventory in guaranteeing the maintenance under the condition of sufficient supply reduced inventory,eventually save a lot of manpower and material resources to the company.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the demand analysis, the function design of wind farm industry, process design, use case diagram analysis of wind farm operation and maintenance of the overall structure of the management platform and put forward the overall plan, and then establish the overall scheme for the database and using E-R model And finally the system has established six major functional modules: basic information module, repair maintenance module, device management module, operation module, operation module production organization, process management module.Finally, this paper introduces the development of B/S three layer architecture of the relevant technology of the wind farm operation maintenance management platform and to develop a set of wind farm operation maintenance management system, and shows the function of the six major functional modules respectively.Wind farm through the application of the platform, so that maintenance efficiency has been greatly improved and the number of spare parts in the maintenance needs of the process has been fully supply.In addition, the inventory management problem of wind farm has been improved to some extent. The degree of information technology of the wind power industry has been improved to some extent.
