The researches on vehicle security alarming system have made great progress both at home and abroad while the comprehensive researches on the speed of lateral and the speed of vertical are still on the exploring stage. So this paper aims for achieving information of safely-driving and safety area of driving vehicles by judging the safety level to the front driving area based on the data of vehicles flowing on roads and considering DS Evidence Theory and the Fuzzy Pattern Recognition.First of all, according to the theory of Hydrodynamics, we can set compute field and choose the appropriate parameters and boundary conditions, and conduct analog computation for vehicles in external fluid field taking use of fluid simulation software. This paper will get a series of speed information and set up data base by analyzing the factors which influence vehicles speed information on external flow field and simulating single vehicle and multi-vehicles on straight and curved roads.Secondly, information like the location, speed, direction, ect, of this vehicle and the one in front can be collected by the visual system and be input into the data from where the speed of lateral and the speed of vertical selected can serve as the individual evidence in DS evidence theory and to choose proper Basic Probability Assignment Function. Taking advantage of Confidence Function Equation and Test Thresholds to evaluate the targeted recognized units, judge the safety degree of the discrete points in fluid speed field, and further achieve the safety condition in areas ahead, classify the different safety levels in different areas, so set the safety range for driving. Then, conducting the real vehicles driving trial taking advantage of on-board sensors to receive the positions, speeds, driving directions and other related information of current car and the front car, further to receive similar speed field of vehicles surroundings, and verify the accuracy of received safety areas.At last, The Fuzzy Pattern Recognition will be conducted according to the chosen status features. The features of location, time and direction of a certain part are based on the achieved speed information of moving vehicles of external fluid field. The next step is to conduct Dynamic clustering to the sample data, and then conducting recognizing and pre-warning to safety mode categories of moving vehicles.
