Study Of Similar Mechanical Product Seriation Design Technology Base On Similarity Theory

Compared with the other similar serial design methods,The theory of mechanical design of the product series has many self-special characters, such as, less variable,r eliable, easy to use and fast speed.This method can effectively shorten design time of mechanical products and improve the mechanical design efficiency and reduce produc t series development of design costs. However, this method has not formed a systema tic theoretical system, which leads to greater difficulty in the specific implementation of process and lacking of practicality.In order to further improve the mechanical desi gn theory of systematic products based on similar theory and the process applicability,this paper has done the following work:First of all,Conducts the research to the existed mechanical products,To summarize, summed up the mechanical product(design index) feature model,the model has certain versatility,directed by similarty theory derived the similarity criterion of this model.solved the problem of the elastic modulus and density of material between the series model and the prototype cannot be founded at the same time,finally established a kind of universal mechanical product series similarity criterion.Secondly,studied the application of specific method of the general mechanical product series similarity criterion in the design of series mechanical product,elaborated under the conditions of in the application of mechanical product series similarity criterion the relationship between the similar model and the prototype, the relationship between subordinates and superiors,deduced the relationship expression between similar model and the prototype,proposed a universal series mechanical general design method whitch based on the similarity criterion.Then,combine the method of series mechanical products design,developed the software of electric putter,achieved a rapid series design of electric push rod.solved the problem of standard parts cannot modeling in accordance with the similarity ratio,solved the problem of in order to meet the actual situation different series of products has different shapes.Finally, Finite element analysis of series electric putter,the results are consistent with the design,thereby verified the correctness of the resrarch results of this article.Through this research work,established the theory of the method of how to carry out series of mechanical products,established the methodological mathematical model,from this proposed the method of the design of versatility series mechanical product,and proposed the solution aim at the problem of the series of the methods of present mechanical products.Then,provides methods and theory of the more series mechanical products.
