With the rapid development of railway construction in China in recent years, China has become the country which owns the longest mileage of electrified railway in the world. In order to ensure the reliability service of railway transportation system, safety production has become the most important thing. To protect the life safety of online maintenance personnel, accurate judgement of the train approaching process become a serious question.By means of online collecting the signal of track circuit, proceeding the laboratory signal analysis, adopting the method of frequency domain feature extraction, this topic draw a conclusion that it has a close relation between the change of work frequency 50 Hz signal component in the signal of track circuit and train approach. It is the main basis for design of a portable electric traction train approach warning device.The development process mainly includes the following aspects:First, in order to collect track circuit signal, it designed the adsorption coil induction sensor.Second, conducting the frequency domain analysis for collected signal on track circuit, it is concluded that when the train approaching, the proportion that the power of work frequency 50 Hz signal component to track circuit signal spectrum energy will increase significantly.Third, carrying on the design and implementation of train approach warning device based on the above conclusion, the hardware circuit mainly includes embedded control as the core of the filter circuit, limiter circuit, battery charging circuit, etc. And write the content of the software. Finally, provide the results after the use of the alarm on research and development.Fourth, according to the conclusion that when the train approaching, the proportion that the power of work frequency 50 Hz signal component to track circuit signal spectrum energy will significantly increase, it proposed the train approach adaptive method and made analysis judgment of the signal that collected on the track circuit.Experiment proved the train approach warning device that this topic designed has high detection accuracy in field measurement, found no omission. It can be used as a portable safe protection auxiliary equipment for online railway workers.
