In recent years, the auto control system dynamics modeling and parameter estimation problem has become one of the important topics of automotive technology development. Auto control system is mainly through to some state parameters in the car when the state regulation, however, in the car when the car some state parameters are difficult to get accurate measurement or measurement cost is higher. From the point of view of cost saving and practical application, in order to solve the above problems,based on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of vehicle system, estimation methods is not easy to measure in the system are obtained with the aid of state variables and parameters, to carry out the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of vehicle systems, about the state of vehicle, tire friction and tire-road friction coefficient nonlinear estimation method of research, guarantee the stability of the estimation are obtained.High precision, high dimensional vehicle nonlinear dynamic model is the carrier of vehicle state estimation and parameter identification and foundation; High precision of tire dynamic friction model can be used for dynamic characteristic research of complex conditions of tires, as the adhesion coefficient of real-time robust identification to provide theoretical support. Paper based on the car when the vehicle dynamics modeling,kinetic energy, potential energy and dissipation of the vehicle can be analyzed, wheel dynamics model is set up, the pilot model, steering system model, brake model and the tire model(focuses on the friction characteristics of the tire); Vehicle simulink model is established based on matlab/simulink, and to establish ESP/ABS control system, by judging the car turning performance, the corresponding to the wheel brake pressure regulation, make the vehicles can be stable.Of vehicle state parameter estimation methods are analyzed, and the car status parameters and model parameters, such as: the speed of the car, tire force, side-slip Angle, tire-road friction coefficient, tire cornering stiffness and other parameters for the real-time robust estimation.On the ESP system and test method are studied, in the status parameter estimation of moving through the double line and sine Angle, hooks, J, serpentine shift in pile test prove that the ESP system control performance.
