In this thesis, the importance of agricultural products drying and the development of agricultural products drying equipment at home and abroad are introduced, the background and significance of research is detailed, And describing in detail drying methods, system architecture design, software and hardware design of each module,algorithm design and final trial analysis etc.the dry equipment’ dry process and control method are researched,mainly introduces the control method needed by main controller, eventually BP neural network and PID are combined, designs a efficient controller, through research,analysis and test; dry process and effect’ interference factors are analysed, designs metal mesh disc and within rotating type dry box mechanical structure; the system framework and the soft and hardware are introduced, including controller, which use c8051f340 and BP neural PID algorithm, and system of temperature and humidity data acquisition modules; experimental test is performed in order to achieve the effective data and analysis.
