With the develop of aerospace science and technology,The thin walled curved-surface parts are more and more widely applied.Because of its complicated shape,low stiffness and high processing precision requirement characteristic,the demand of machining deformation control and compensation is increasing.In order to improve the machining precision and machining efficiency of the thin walled curved-surface parts effectively,thin walled curved-surface parts is taken as the research object.A study on the prediction and compensation method of machining deformation about the thin walled curved-surface parts is launched.The main research is as follows:1) The cutting force model of ball end mill is established.The method of thin walled curved-surface parts machining deformation prediction are analyzed.Based on ABAQUS,machining process simulation is lunched.According to the simulation,the law how cutting parameters and the cutting path effect machining deformation is analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the cutting parameters and the cutting path optimization.2) The active error compensation method of machining deformation caused by cutting force is analyzed.The method of calculating the amount of compensation is put forward,which is based on deformation control theory.The compensation surface is reconstructed.The calculation method of step size and line space in compensated tool path is given.And the tool path generation method is also given.Finally,the specific method of machining deformation error compensation in three axis CNC machine tool is analyzed.3)Aiming at the problem of cutter axis vector in five axis CNC machine tool, the five axis double turntable CNC machine tool is taken as an example.The concrete method of five axis CNC machining error compensation is put forward.Besides,an optimization method for cutter axes vector is presented,which ensure the machining process is stability and local interference does not occur.4) Based on the UG,thin walled curved-surface parts NC machining deformation active error compensation software is developed.It can generate the cutter location file with compensation rapidly.At last,an experiment is taken to verified the feasibility of active compensation software.
