Easy to Test and to Ensure Safety(RTMS) have become common requirements in civil aircraft development, production and use phase. But now, between the four properties design techniques are split, these have caused a large number of duplicate design requests and large duplicate work. Simultaneously, data from the split work can’t be well coordinated, supported each other and have difficultly to meet the manufacture requirements.Studied work relationships and technical parameters of the RTMS. Firstly, analyze the working item, input and output conditions of the RTMS to reach the different points between them. Secondly, Combs the basic parameter of the RTMS, and giving the data transitive relationship. Inside, reliability based on the work item, giving the reliability parameter and the transitive relationship through combing relationships between them; With the failure rate as a basic parameter, safety takes the safety assessment as the assessment methods and combs related security parameters and data transmission; Maintainability takes the common parameter as object selection, combs internal data transmission of maintenance and with the data transmission between the Reliability and Testability; Selection of test parameters must take the ability to test as the purpose, and combs the data transfer relationship between the relevant parameters.Set up the integrated model of RTMS for complex system and optimal solution search algorithm. Through in-depth study of the problem, introduces the concept of viability, and set up the integrated model of RTMS, and this model solve the problem. At last, through this method, the optimal decision will have the advantages simultaneously as follow: high reliability and good maintainability and high testability and high safety.Set up the comprehensive model evaluation methods of RTMS for the complex system. Based on the analysis of the previous three chapters, make the four qualities evaluation into the assessment system, then complete four integrated assessment model. Use of the strong describe ability of Petri, RTMS state of complex system are divided into three classes. At last, use this method to do comprehensive assessment for the system.The establishment of four integrated model for complex system, which can understand the four properties of the system state in time and completed the integrated weighing design of the whole system and evaluating work, which improves the accuracy and real-time of system assessment.
