Recently, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells has become a new star in the field of solar cell research, in less than five years, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has jumped from 3.9% to 19.3% which costs other types of solar cells decades to achive. I has done some research on the basis of the perovskite solar cell preparation conditions and cathode modification that summed up in this paper.We select the mainstream perovskite material: MAPb I3 as the active layer material and plane heterojunction structure: ITO/poly real(3, 4- ethylenedioxy- thiophene) : poly real(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)/CH3NH3 Pb I3(MAPb I3) / [6, 6]- phenyl- C61- butyricacid methyl ester(PCBM)/argentum(Ag) as the basic cell structure. I studied on the different coating speed and the different annealing time in processing MAPb I3 layer on the influence of the perovskite solar cell performance, and finally got 9.93% of the photoelectric conversion efficiency.During the period of experiments, I found that the PCBM layer has a bad quality after deposit on the perovskite layer, which has a large extent influence result in the bad contact of PCBM and Ag cathode and greatly reduce the fill factor and the electronic transmission of the perovskite solar cells. In order to achieve better battery performance, we introduced three kinds of different materials: Li F, BCP and Bphen as cathode buffer layers of perovskite solar cells to modified Ag electrode. It was found that when the cathode buffer layer is BCP then we got the best photoelectric conversion efficiency of 13.11%.In addition, in this paper we also tried to combine the perovskite cells and small molecule organic cells in a series structure and introduced the advantages and disadvantages of the series structure. What’s more, aimed at solve the disadvantages of series structure solar cells, we designed a parallel structure based on the perovsikte and small molecule organic solar cells.
